When Shipping Fees Are Refunded:

Shipping fees are refunded only in the following cases:

The product does not match the image. The product is different from what was ordered.

The order contains a defect or incorrect item.

When Shipping Fees Are NOT Refunded:

Order cancellation.

Failure to respond to the shipping company after 3 delivery attempts within 3 days.

The delivery agent reaches the address, but there’s no response after arrival.

Postponing the order for more than one week. Refusing to receive the order for reasons not listed above.
